OK, I know you can play xbox 360 games on PC , but how ? Note that I don’t own an xbox 360 , I want a site to download torrents with xbox 360 games, and a good emulator to load them on my PC. I don’t know how to use an emulator, so could you help me ?

I don’t know where you got that information, but I’m afraid you cannot. At the moment there is no working emulator for Xbox 360 on PC. Also, we are not allowed to provide you with torrents for games you do not own (violates the DMCA). You would only be eligible, by law, to use a Xbox 360 emulator if you actually owned one. And you would only be eligble, (again) by law, to play the games you owned.
