    With the premium pack you get one free installed, but it only works with certain games.

    You can’t. The only emulator that currently works on X-Box 360 is an NES emulator. The X-Box emulators for PC can only play a couple of games, so it’s unlikely that there will be a good quality X-Box emulator for any platform in the near future. Your best bet would probably be to pick up a used X-Box if you want to play the older games.
